Leveraging a Masters degree in Exercise Science with over 10 years of fitness coaching experience and numerous advanced certifications, I have developed a unique fitness system that embraces the Pareto Principle and Kaizen Philosophy. Unlike most fitness professionals, my goal is to create sustainable habits that support self sufficiency. I work in-person and online with clients to develop and implement strategic fitness habits designed to compliment their lifestyle and boost productivity.
