That’s right, I'm a geek and lifelong student of fitness. I earned a Graduate degree in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology and have over 10 specialized fitness certifications.
I enjoyed training and competing in the martial arts (karate, bjj, boxing) as a child and young adult. But I also enjoy soccer, powerlifting, and kettlebell competitions.
I joined the military at the age of 18. My time in the United States Air Force was spent focused on improving soldier health and performance.
