That’s right, I'm a geek and lifelong student of fitness. I earned a Graduate degree in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology and have over 10 specialized fitness certifications.
I trained and competed in martial arts as a child and into adulthood. I've also played soccer and competed in powerlifting and kettlebell competitions. My most recent achievement was attaining the title of “Beast Tamer.”
I joined the military at the age of 18. My time in the United States Air Force was spent focused on improving soldier health and performance.
